To hold a date, a 50% booking deposit is paid, which blocks that day exclusively for the client. The remaining 50% is paid on the day of the session.
If the client cancels, the deposit is not refunded, as the date is blocked and can no longer be offered to other clients. Cancellations must be notified in writing to the email address given in the contact section.
Date change (fashion sessions only): for fashion sessions, a single date change is allowed at no cost, and only when the session is outdoors and the weather prevents it from going ahead (rain, strong wind or other adverse conditions). In that case an alternative date is agreed between the parties and the 50% deposit is carried over to the new date. For all other services, and for studio fashion sessions or any other reason, the general terms apply: if the client cancels, the deposit is not refunded.
If the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the photographer (illness, force majeure or other justified circumstances), the amount paid will be refunded in full or an alternative date will be offered at the client's choice, at no extra cost.
The terms of each session (price, date, location, deliverables and image usage rights) are confirmed before the deposit is paid. Acceptance of these terms is recorded with each booking, together with its date and time.
Roberto Romero is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the website or for its continued availability, although he will make efforts to keep it operational and up to date.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under the law.
